Holly Implementation Phase 1 - Lake Front Trail

Item 1: Furnish and/or installation of including, but not limited to, precast concrete panel fencing, access gates, non-conductive fencing and footings along with removal and disposal of existing fencing, fence posts, footings, gates, etc. and selective demolition of existing masonry/wood fence within and adjacent to an operational Austin Energy Substation and an operational park. Item 2: Furnish and/or installation of improvements including, but not limited to, concrete trail, sidewalks, stairs, pedestrian handrails, pedestrian guardrails, trash and recycle receptacles, benches, bike racks, traffic bollards, grading and earthwork, stone wall, storm drain infrastructure and pipe, site utilities, tree and landscape installation, site revegetation, landscape and revegetation establishment and watering, erosion control, tree protection, along with demolition, removal and disposal of existing site and utility improvements, tree removal within and adjacent to an operational Austin Energy Substation and an operational park.
