Radio Tower Removal Project

Contractor shall provide all equipment and materials necessary for the removal of a radio tower located at 19625 E FM 3009 in Schertz, Texas. Work shall include but not be limited to: 1. Dismantling of a 190 foot guyed tower 2. Providing of Crane - Contractor will be responsible for notifying Military Base (Randolph AFB) and FAA of Crane Operation prior to work beginning and obtaining safety check confirmation. A copy of the safety check must be provided to City. 3. Tree work associated with demolition 4. All traffic plans related to project 5. Any tree trimming necessary to remove portions of the tower, including but not limited to guide cables.

Division 03 -	Concrete, Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing.
Division 26 -	Electrical.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Site Grounding, Site Improvements Grounding, Tower Grounding, Site Lightning Protection, Communications Utilities, Communications Structures, Communications Transmission Towers.
