Description

1. Remove the Air Handler Unit and the Condensing Unit. 2. Install new Goodman 2.5-ton 410A refrigerant HVAC Heat Pump with auxiliary heat, equipment. 3. Make any upgrades that are required to meet current building code. 4. Replace the Thermostat, add overflow condensate pan, add overflow condensate drain line, add safety switches to the condensate drains, flush current refrigerant lines and re-use, re-use thermostat wire. Re-connect the current ductwork.
