Description	During 2019 and 2020, and possibly extending into 2021 (if any permitting becomes lengthy), the Authority is planning to construct applicable stormwater conveyance and management improvements in the area to alleviate the flooding of the private driveway and Caernarvon Township plans to replace and upgrade (up to) three culverts on Bootjack Road. Generally, these will follow the Conceptual Study. The selected design consultant will be required to take the concept through finalized design, permitting and construction including a more refined scope of the project for the Authority and Township to consider.
