Country Hills Subdivision Pavement and Water Improvements - Phase 2

The work to be constructed is located within the Country Hills Subdivision west of Kraemer Blvd., north and south of Country Hills Road, and east of Associated Road, in the City of Brea, County of Orange, State of California. The Project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement and upgrade of approximately 3,500 linear feet of existing water mains and appurtenances, replacement of ADA PCC ramps, curb and gutter replacement, and street resurfacing throughout the Project area.
