Morris Hills and Morris Knolls High School Kitchen Renovation Project

No definite date for the rebid.** The Morris Hills Regional District Board of Education hereby advertises for competitive bids in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21(a) (b) and Federal Regulations 2 CFR 200.320 (c) (2). Bid No. 22-007 Morris Hills & Morris Knolls High School Kitchen Renovation Project This project consists of the renovation and installation of certain food service equipment and walk-in refrigerator and freezer upgrades and other work as shown on the drawings and as specified, etc. at Morris Hills High School and Morris Knolls High School. The Board of Education does not accept electronic (email) submission of bids at this time.No bids shall be received after the time designated in the advertisement. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-18, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-2(s), (t), (x), (y), 18A:18A-4(a-c), and N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22, and to waive minor informalities or non-material exceptions, that may be in the best interest of the Board. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check made payable to the Morris Hills Regional District Board of Education, for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the total bid, however, not to exceed $20,000.00.
