Description | **As of September 9, 2022, project was awarded to Kelly Paving, Inc, awarded amount is $236,633.50.** At Parkersburg Correctional Center and Jail, there is one main access road, the main parking lot area, and two roads that go to the upper parking lot area at the facility that asphalt paving must be installed. The contractor must remove a section of existing asphalt paving on the main access road and install new. The contractor must install new asphalt paving on the main parking lot area. The contractor must remove a section of the existing asphalt paving and install new on one of the roads (right side) that goes to the upper parking lot area. The contractor must install new asphalt paving on one of the roads that goes to the upper parking lot area. Below is additional information concerning the project. Any individual that does attempt to represent two or more vendors will be required to select one vendor to which the individual's attendance will be attributed. The vendors not selected will be deemed to have not attended the pre-bid meeting unless another individual attended on their behalf.
