Additions and Renovations to Richwood Middle School, Richwood High School, and Cherry River Elementary School

Renovation and additions to a one-story school facility housing elementary, middle, and high schools whose construction features the following: Concrete foundations including drilled piers where indicated. Renovated and new concrete slab on grade floors. Perimeter walls constructed of insulated cavity masonry walls with face brick, adhered stone veneers, and metal cladding over metal furring. Interior partition walls constructed of painted CMU and painted gypsum board over metal framing. Suspended acoustical panel ceilings and exposed wood ceilings. Single-ply membrane roofing and standing seam metal roofing over roof insulation over steel roof decking supported on steel joist framing. Aluminum storefront-framed openings and entrances. Flush wood doors and steel doors in steel door frames. Glazed interior and exterior aluminum curtain walls. Interior finishes as indicated. Plumbing, mechanical, fire-protection, and electrical work.
