Old Black Colony Road Reconstruction - M09 - City of Buda

Growing developments along Old Black Colony, as well as additional area traffic, warrant the need to expand Old Black Colony Road from a rural to a more urban collector. Due to the sensitivity in the area, changes in the drainage in the area must be minimized by the reconstruction. The roadway will be evaluated to and expanded to provide a 2-lane roadway with bike lanes and sidewalks on both sides. The road section is approximately 8,400 linear feet. The project is included in the city's 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of May 5, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
