Project Category Code: Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), Removal and Replacement of pipe, Electrical and Controls Description: The Work of this Contract includes the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of Replacement of electrical panels, motor control center and various electrical appurtenances. Replacement of pump guiderails, base elbow, and other pump appurtenances. Replacement of existing pump access hatches with larger access hatches. Replacement of wetwell piping and valves. Replacement of valve vault piping and valves. Installation of HVAC equipment for NFPA 820 compliance. Replacement of existing diesel storage tank. Other miscellaneous improvements as defined in the contract documents. Each proposal must have with it a certified check or bid bond payable to the City of Plymouth in the amount of five [5] percent of the bid as a guarantee the bidder will enter into a contract with the City of Plymouth in accordance with the terms of the bid, in case the bidder is awarded the contract.
