| Description | The Orlando Housing Authority of the City of Orlando, Florida (OHA) is seeking proposals from a qualified planning firm or team with extensive experience in master planning, comprehensive neighborhood planning, Community Support Services (CSS), and redevelopment planning of distressed public housing. The firm/team will serve as Lead Planning Coordinator and assist in developing a Transformation Plan under the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Choice Neighborhoods (CN) program. All questions requiring explanations and interpretations of the RFP document must be submitted in writing to Liza Martinez, Purchasing Manager, by October 13, 2022@ 2:00 P.M. All questions will be answered in accordance with HUD 5369B, Section 4. Responses will be held in confidence throughout the procurement process, as applicable by law. The Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any formalities, to reject any or all proposals, or to re-advertise for proposals. OHA is a Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity Agency.
