THE MONTESSORI REGIONAL CHARTER SCHOOL will receive sealed bids for the Montessori Regional Charter School Academic Wing Systems Upgrades project A stipulated sum bid will be required for the following contracts: 06 10 00 - GENERAL TRADES, 22 50 00 - PLUMBING, 23 50 00 - HVAC, 26 50 00 - ELECTRICAL. Bids shall be submitted in duplicate and mailed or delivered in a sealed opaque envelope clearly marked on the face of the envelope the words "Montessori Regional Charter Academic Wing Systems Upgrades". If the bid is mailed, the envelope containing the bid shall be enclosed in a separate envelope with the words "Sealed Bid enclosed for GENERAL TRADES" endorsed on the face thereof. The Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry has issued a Prevailing Wage Determination for this project which must be complied with. Requirements with regard to completion portions of the work are contained in the Project Manual. Montessori Regional Charter School reserves the right to reject any or all bids and the right to waive irregularities in the bids.
