| Description | Scope: Burke County currently has +/-200 green dumpster sites throughout the County. Trash is collected from each of these sites a minimum of twice a week. Currently, items collected are being taken to the Burke County Transfer Station and then hauled by contract to the Richmond County Landfill for final disposal. Burke County currently has approximately 10,630 potential customers with a current population of 23,316. Burke County is interested in proposals that will separately and/or aggregately take the place of our existing collection and disposal operations. |
