Description

Provide all Preconstruction Phase Services necessary to establish a GMP as well as all Construction Phase Services following Award of the GMP for each school identified in this Project Notification. The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER may be required to complete portions of the construction on an occupied campus as directed by the OWNER. Provide deferred maintenance, renovation and repairs to school facilities including, but not limited to, ADA and CSIR compliance requirements, replacement of exterior doors and windows, roof repair, upgrades to the intercom/sound system, security system, fire alarm system, HVAC system, electrical switch gear, lighting replacement (interior and exterior), paving and play court resurfacing, marquees and scoreboards, plumbing work, bathroom replacements, ceiling and flooring replacements, interior finishes/painting/casework, and other Work as may be required.
