Ridgedale Commons and Crane Lake Preserve

This project is a new 2-acre multi-purpose park and community gathering space adjacent to Ridgedale Center, to include a plaza and grassy lawn for events and ice skating, as well as a garden room, interactive fountain, wooded lounge area and park building with restrooms, warming house and rentable space. This project also includes improvements to the Crane Lake Preserve including a picnic shelter, improved views of the lake, signage, benches, bike racks, improved connectivity to Ridgedale Center and regional trails, removal of invasive species, landscaping improvements, stormwater gardens and underground stormwater management.
