Water and Sanitary Sewer Line Improvements Block 54

The Medicine Park Public Works Authority (PWA), is re- questing sealed bids for the Waterline Extension for Block 54, located in SE/4, SW/4 of Section 18, T-3-N. R-12-W, Comanche County, OK. The work under this contract shall be for furnishing all labor, materials, transpor- tation, and services for the construction and installa- tion of the following work: Installing 300 linear feet of 8-inch PVC for the water line only. Completed bid packages shall also contain a W-9, general liability in the amount of $1,000,000.00 and a signed Non-Collusion Affidavit All bid questions must be submitted in writing (email preferred) to the Town Clerk or Deputy Town Clerk The Town of Medicine Park reserves the right to accept any bid deemed most advan- tageous to the Town, reject any or all bids submitted, and to hold as many bids as it desires for a period of sixty (60) days after the bids are open.
