The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Contractors are to set appointments for all site visits. Contractors are to follow COVID-19 Guidelines, State regulations, and HA requirements at all times. It is the Contractor's responsibility to be informed of the Housing Authority's COVID-19 requirements prior to any site visits
