Repaving of Wastewater Treatment Plant Area and Access Road

The work will include but is not limited to, milling and overlaying the access road to the Lambertville Municipal Utility Authority Plant and reconstruct asphalt areas. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this project as described in the Construct Documents. The Contractor will abide by conditions and requirements for the scope of work and all coordination with property owners before and after installation activities (if and where directed and required based on the sanitary lateral cured-in-place installations). Complementary work to furnish and install accessory materials as may be necessary may be if and where directed items by the Owner. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this project as described in the Construction Documents.
