Description

Provide Architectural Services for the Former Civil Courts Building Exterior Glazing Replacement Project. The existing curtainwall system at the Former Civil Courts Building is original to the building (approx. 50 years old) and is experiencing leaks and glazing failures. The proposed project shall include an existing condition survey of all of the exterior glazing and glazing systems of the building, design, bid and construction administration for installation of the new glazing and/or glazing systems. All glazing and/or glazing systems modifications must be compatible with the existing extruded aluminum curtainwall system. Any modifications to the glazing and/or glazing systems shall be sensitive to the original design aesthetic of this award-winning building (1983 AIA National Design Award). All firms are encouraged to include structural engineering services as needed.
