Notice of Bid Posting for the demolition of 3638 Rosemear Avenue, Village of Brookfield, IL NOTICE is hereby given that the Village of Brookfield will receive sealed proposals for the demolition, removal and disposal of demolition debris of the building located at 3638 ROSE- MEAR AVENUE, BROOKFIELD, IL- LINOIS. The Project consists of the demolition and restoration of a single-family residential structure and detached garage located at 3638 Rosemear Avenue in the Village of Brookfi eld, Illinois.
