Description

Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to construction of a new Bait Shack on the city’s Marina Property. The Work consists generally of site utilities relative to tying in the new building to existing on site utilities, limited site improvements, concrete footings and slabs; stacked concrete block exterior walls and interior partitions, wood roof trusses, aluminum storefront systems, hollow metal doors and frames, commercial door hardware; modular laminate casework, finishes; prefinished metal gutters, downspouts and trim, pre-finished standing seam metal roofing system, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work. Facility size is approximately 1,670 s.f.
