Special Inspections And Testing Services - Construct Gateway Parking Garage

The University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) is soliciting qualifications from testing and inspection firms to provide labor and materials to perform special inspection and testing services for a new parking garage located at the south end of campus between 9th Street and Interstate 80 and west of Lake Street. The garage will have 811 stalls, 7 levels and approximately 282,000 square feet. The project will also include a pedestrian bridge that crosses 9th Street and extends to the main campus level. Construction documents have been prepared by WD Architecture and Engineering dated 2/8/2021.

Division 03 -	Concrete, Reinforcement Bars, Cast-in-Place Concrete, Cementitious Grouting.
Division 04 -	Masonry, Common Work Results for Masonry, Masonry Grouting.
Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Steel Framing.
Division 09 -	Finishes, High-Performance Coatings, Fire-Retardant Coatings.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Excavation and Fill, Trenching and Backfilling.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Base Courses, Subbase Courses, Asphaltic Base Courses, Concrete Base Courses.
