Henryetta Public Schools Road Resurfacing

1. Contractor to install 3" S4 asphalt overlay over existing Troy Aikman Dr. located on Henryetta Public School's campus. 2. Contractor to prepare existing drives as necessary to accept overlay. 3. Contractor to provide road stripping to match existing layout. Specifics may be coordinated with Owner Representative prior to submitting bid. Striping must meet ODOT standards. C. Location: Henryetta Public Schools Troy Aikman Dr Henryetta, OK A. Sealed Bids addressed to Owner will be received at Place of Bid until Time of Bid on Bid Date. B. Bidders may submit qualifications for approval with submission of bids. C. Bidders should obtain an arial site plan from the Owner Representative that outlines the area of work. D. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount. E. All bids shall include all insurance and bonds required by Oklahoma laws and statutes for Oklahoma Public Schools' capital improvement projects. F. Submit your offer in a manner that meets all requirements and scope of work. G. Do not submit a bid that excludes any of the scope of work. Exclusions may eliminate consideration of submitted bid. F. Bid is required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 45 days after submission. I. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
