Pinewood Basketball Court Construction

As of May 11, 2022, the anticipated construction start date is on May 12, 2022. Santee Lynches is accepting sealed bids for a contractor to purchase and construct an outdoor basketball court. The project is being funded with CDBG-CV funds and CDBG guidelines will apply. The Santee-Lynches Regional Council of Governments has put together a project to use the CDBG-CV funding available to create an outdoor basketball court. Santee Lynches is requesting proposals that include the basketball court surface, the painting of the courts, the High Schools basketball goals (84' x 50') including nets, and the installation of the court itself. We desire to use the CDBG-CV fùnding available to create an outdoor recreational area for the Town of Pinewood. The completed project will create much needed greenspace within this community while building an outdoor concrete basketball court for local community programs. Approximately 4,700 Sq ft.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
