Description

The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental items but is not limited to the following major items of work: Cleaning and Sealing of Stamped Colored Concrete. Cleaning and sealing decorative, colored concrete within downtown Royal Oak. Most of the concrete is located on city sidewalks. There are also public alleys with stamped, colored concrete that require sealing maintenance. This project is a 3-year project with roughly one third of the sealing work performed each calendar year.
