Description

Remove and dispose of 250 gallons of fuel product for Tanks 11113 and 11114. Perform an Internal AST inspection to include visual inspection of the containment area on tanks 11113 and 11114. These inspections must be phased. At no time will both tanks be out of service during these inspections. Coordination must be made with the installation before inspection. On tanks 11113 and 11114, existing wiper seals (foam log, double wiper etc.) shall be removed and completely replaced with a new double wiper seal.
