Renovations and Addition for the Lancaster Middle School

Renovations and addition for the Lancaster Middle School located at 191 School Street Kilmarnock Va. The project will convert the current Middle School into an Elementary School and includes demolition of a 1960`s classroom wing and construction of approximately 7,700 square feet of addition for a new main entrance, administrative suite and new classrooms. The renovation scope covers 66,000 square feet of the existing building and includes space reconfiguration, finish, ADA upgrades, LED lighting, fire alarm and sprinkler work. Site work includes courtyard renovation, new play spaces and reconfiguration of the access and road network. HVAC improvements are being provided under a separate contract and will be installed in coordination with phasing of this project. Bids will be received for General Contract (all trades).
