Description

The contractor, as an independent contractor not as an agent of the Government, shall be required to inspect and assess the site-wide sewer lines in accordance to the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) specifications and standards. All efforts performed shall be recorded on a DVD that records the sewer lines specified from manhole-to-manhole, showing the contractor has labeled the manhole with manhole identification that will be provided by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). While recording, the contractor shall identify and document deficiencies per WSSC standards.
