| Description | 1. On-site inspection, evaluation, sample collection and quantification of suspect asbestos-containing material (ACM). 2. Perform and comply with all proper Allegheny County and National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) regulation for asbestos inspection. Ensure proper locations and number of samples, including but not limited to, building materials known to contain asbestos. 3. Provide Tarentum Borough with a report indicating findings, which will include a general property description, sample results, location and quantity of ACM, lab results, photos, inspectors/lab certifications per property. |
