| Description | Removal and disposal of existing roof system to the wood planking and/or plywood substrate in its entirety. Constructing new 1/2” exterior grade plywood over existing planking and/or plywood in its entirety. The installation of ice block material along all roof edges and on valleys. Installation of 15 pound felt paper (or equivalent) and fiberglass self-sealing shingles as specified herein. Miscellaneous sheet metal flashing and counter flashing systems, sheet metal valleys and accessories, roof protrusions, etc. Repair existing vinyl exterior soffit around entire roof perimeter. Repair existing vinyl exterior siding around entire roof perimeter.Replace circular attic vent and trim above the front entrance, prime and paint new wood.Provide a 40 year manufacturer’s warranty inclusive of materials and workmanship. |
