183 CES Recruiting Office Upgrade/Move

Repair Offices Upgrades in Springfield, IL (Sangamon County). The 183d Wing Recruiting office is moving to the first floor of Building 1. The existing space has been used as a gym and needs to be renovated in order to be converted to office space. Work of this contract comprises providing all materials, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to renovate the approximately 1,100 square foot space in Building 1 in order to convert it to the new 183d Wing Recruiting Office. This will include but is not limited to: removing existing mirrors, remove and replace existing flooring, painting interior walls/columns, construct new vestibule, and install new electric heater in vestibule.
