| Description | Update our existing land use regulations from traditional style Zoning to include a Form-Based Code. While there have been additions and modifications throughout the years, the Town’s land use regulations have not gone through a full review or an update since inception. The Town would like an update that keeps it forward thinking. That enhances what is working, address current and future needs, incorporate additional planning goals, and revise the ordinances to a modern planning platform. |
