The project site for the parking garage is located at 430 and 460 Forest Road, Sedona (Parcels 401-16-071 & 401-16-100) and has a combined acreage of 1.24 acres. The site has approximately 315-feet of frontage along Forest Road and is surrounded by mostly residential use properties.
