Ft. Jackson Relocation

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Bragg intends to solicit and award a single firm-fixed priced contract for Moving Services. The Contractor shall be responsible for all materials and labor to pack, load, haul and delivery of required equipment from BLDG 4506 Gruber Rd (1st floor, one room on the second floor, and storage onsite; as well as an extra pick-up) on Fort Bragg, NC and deliver, unload and unpack at BLDG 4203 and 4204 on Fort Jackson, SC. The contractor will perform the installation of the items listed on Appendix A and B. This service include but not limited to: a) Moving or relocating FF&E from Building 4506 Gruber Rd Fort Bragg NC to designated rooms in Building 4203 and 4204 Fort Jackson SC. b) Use protective material on work area (floors, hallways, etc…) to prevent damage to new facility. c) Perform tasks not listed but required in order to accomplish the work. d) All FF&E shall be tested for functionality after each install. e) Contractor will be required to move furniture up and down stairs in BLDG 4506 Gruber Rd Fort Bragg NC (this building has three floors without an elevator)
