Sanitation Collection Services

For Sanitation Collection Services Deadline for questions will be Wednesday April 5, 2023. Instructions for preparation and submission are contained in the proposal documents. No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by a certified check or acceptable proposal bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid made payable to the City of Emerson. Any changes to the conditions and specifications for this RFP must be in the form of a written addendum to be valid; therefore, the City will issue a written addendum to document all approved changes. Any proposal submitted which does not acknowledge the receipt of an addendum will not be considered. The City of Emerson reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities and to re-advertise. The City of Emerson also reserves the right to reject proposals or to reopen the proposal if all proposals are in excess of funds available for the project.
