Description | Scope of Work: Contractor is responsible for all necessary permits. Protect the adjacent walls, ceiling, and floor. Take photo of each connection point. Back fill in 3” lifts and compact. Add vapor barrier. Drill into sidewalls of concrete a minimum of 4” into slab every 4’ and epoxy half in rebar. Place 4” concrete slab into trench and match elevation. Take a photo for our records. After concrete cure install matching LVT flooring and cove base (LVT: Shaw Uncommon Ground 6 French Grey, field verify). Remove wall and ceiling protection and repair any damage. If damage walls need painting the paint must span from corner to corner and match existing. (see provided spec sheet) Provide a video of the inside of the pipe at 1-2 week(s) after all the facilities are in operation. A minimum of 75’ of length of pipe needs to be captured in the video. Provide dust protection from other parts of building. Remove LVT flooring in area and cove base in work area. Saw cut concrete flooring (see drawing for thickness) Remove concrete and fill to expose sanitary line. Remove sanitary line. Review video to confirm the length of sanitary line required to correct drainage. Note: The length of line to be removed must be included in your bid. Remove a minimum of 12” of fill below sanitary line and compact the substrate. Take photo with tape measure for our records. Place a minimum of 4” of concrete in trench below sanitary line. Take photo for our records. After concrete cures, fill the remaining area with aggregate in 3” compacted lifts to provide the correct slope for the sanitary line. Install new sanitary line to correct slope. |
