Woodcock Creek Lake/Union City Dam Buildings & Grounds Maintenance Contract

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pittsburgh District, has a need for a Requirements Contract for Buildings and Grounds Maintenance Services at Woodcock Creek Lake and Union City Dam Buildings & Grounds Maintenance, Saegertown, PA. The Woodcock Creek Lake and Union City Dam Buildings & Grounds Maintenance project is located in northwestern Pennsylvania (Crawford and Erie Counties). An overview of the services required includes, but is not limited to: mowing, pesticide application, office cleaning, restroom cleaning, shelter cleaning, picnic table and park bench cleaning, composting toilets, mulching and solid waste removal in accordance with procedures established in the Performance Work Statement which will be provided with the solicitation. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles.
