RFQ Construction Manager - Construction Management Services for Affordable Student Housing Project

Project cancelled. The District is seeking the services of a Construction Management firm to perform the construction management services for the Project. Such services are more thoroughly described below. Attached hereto as Exhibit B is the proposed general form of the District's Construction Management Agreement. The District reserves the right to change any and/or all of the dates stated above. Any changes to the schedule for the RFQ/P process will be issued by addenda posted to the PlanetBids Vendor portal. The hard cost construction cost budget for the Student Housing Project is $135,000,000.
