Ross Opr/Or Expansion

The project is situated within the Ross Heart Hospital and impactsoccupied areas on the 2nd, 4th, and 5thfloors(This building does not have a third floor). Thescope is based on a 10/21/19 study that identified a POR for 5,700 GSFofwork over three phases. The Staff lockers and breakroom will be moved from the 4thfloor to the 5thfloor roof to accommodate expansion of the existing PreOp/OPRon the 4thfloor. The project willalso addanewORon the roof of the 2ndfloor EP labs.The new OR will need to have adjacencies to the shared support services on the 4thfloor. The scope will include afullgut of each area and renovate with all new finishes and equipment. Significant consideration for Structuraland MEP will be assumed.Theprojectwill require phasing to accommodatethe existing functionsthat will occur during construction.
