The work will done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1.) The work includes Low Pressure Cleaning the exterior masonry surfaces with a biodegradable chemical cleaning agent and all incidental labor, materials, and equipment required to accomplish the work. Est. Value:$ 494,000.00. The meeting will be held at the Minnesota History Center, 345 Kellogg Blvd, St. Paul, MN 55155. Contractors to meet at the Main Entrance. Walk-through will commence after the meeting. Pre-registration is required. Contractors must contact Laura Haag, RECS Project Manager, at laura.haag@state.mn.us to pre-register. Pre-registration must be completed by 12:00 PM CST on Thursday, March 31, 2022. Responses received from Prime Contractors that did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be rejected.
