Roof Replacement: Queensgate Radio Control Center and Training Trailer

SORTA is requesting bids for a qualified commercial roofing contractor to provide all supervision, labor, materials & equipment to replace two (2) roofs located at Queensgate Operating Garage Facility: (1) SORTA Radio Control Center and (2) Training Trailer located at 1401 Bank Street, Cincinnati, OH 45214 as per the drawings dated 05/13/2022 (Exhibit 1) and project specifications dated 05/27/2022 all as prepared by R.E. Warner (Exhibit 2 and Exhibit 3). The construction project is expected to start no later than 5 days from receipt of fully executed contract and should take no longer than 30 days to complete.
