Roofing Replacement B64, B6 and B14E

Project scope is for the roofing replacement on three UNF (University of North Florida) buildings. Each of the three buildings has a different scope of work. UNF Annex Building 6 requires the application of a fluid applied roof membrane system over the existing approximately 28,500SF roof. The scope of Andrew Robinson Jr. Building 14E includes the complete removal and replacement of an existing approximately 11,800SF with a new modified bitumen membrane system. The Central Maintenance Facility Building 64 requires the complete removal and replacement of an approximately 67,000SF roof with a new single ply TPO membrane assembly.
