Bathroom Renovation at GA224-002

Scope: Renovation work to be conducted of two (2) *4-bedroom units with one and one-half bathrooms and twenty-two (22) 1,2 & 3-bedrooms unit with one (1) bathroom. Demo existing Plumbing fixtures, i.e., Tub, Water Closets, Sinks, Etc. Demo existing Towel Bars, Toilet Tissue holders, Medicine Cabinets, Light Fixtures, Outlets, Switches and exhaust fan; Demo existing wall board at tub surrounds from floor to ceiling. Demo existing Tile floor and Tile base. Remove existing doors as indicated on drawings. Sand and paint. Install new hardware sets as indicated on drawings. Strip, sand and paint door Frames. Install new ½” moisture resistance wall board at tub areas. Install new fixtures as specified on schedules as shown on drawings. Install new 3-piece tub surround. Install new Air supply grille and exhaust fan. All walls to receive Orange Peel Knock down Texture and paint. Paint all items modified or affected by work. Any and all work not specifically stated in contract documents but required for turnkey project.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
