USCG Base Galveston Lawn Care Maintenance

Grounds maintenance consists of performing all operations in connection with the lawn mowing (this includes the area starting outside the front gate at the first Jersey barrier on both sides of the road, as well as 10 feet outside the perimeter fence where applicable). Trimming, edging, debris removal, and removal of weeds growing in all paved areas, sidewalks, fencerows, planters, and trees. The site plan listed in Technical exhibit 1 or attachment 5 identifies the grounds requiring grounds maintenance services and the estimated square footage for each type of space to be maintained. In the event needed, the Contracting Officer (KO) will advise the Contractor in writing (e-mail). The Contractor shall only bill for the square footage serviced.
