Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Darien, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot. Darien Public Schools District 61 reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicalities, and/or to accept any bid which may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Darien Public Schools District 61. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and qualified bidders. The project consists of demolition, asphalt paving, site concrete, and landscape restoration. We hereby certify that these Drawings and Specifications dated April 22, 2022 for the work of the 2022 Proposed Site Improvement Work at Mark DeLay Elementary (6801 Wilmette Ave.), Lace Elementary (7414 S. Cass Ave), and Eisenhower Junior High School (1410 75 th Street) located in Darien, Illinois 60561 for Darien Public Schools District 61 Darien, DuPage County, Illinois were prepared under our supervision and to the best of our knowledge comply with 2015 International Building Code and 23 Illinois Administrative Code 180 as prepared and provided by the State Board of Education.
