Scope of Work: Fire Station 12: (2575 Federal Boulevard Denver, CO 80211) Gender Equity and Restroom renovation. Provide one ADA restroom off the Apparatus Bay, and two additional restrooms on the main crew existing restroom, per the drawings dated 10/8/2020 by Ratio/Humphries Poli Architects. Fire Station 16: (1601 S. Ogden St. Denver, CO 80210) Restroom renovation. Provide one ADA restroom off the Apparatus Bay, and two additional restrooms on the main crew existing restroom. This is to replace the existing open restroom layout. Kitchen renovation. Like for like replacement of the: cabinets and countertops, polished flooring, reuse appliances, per the drawings dated 10/8/2020 by Ratio/Humphries Poli Architects. Fire Station 22: (3530 S. Monaco Parkway Denver, CO 80237) Restroom renovation. Provide one ADA restroom off the bay, and then two additional restrooms on the main crew existing restroom. This is to replace the existing open restroom layout, per the drawings dated 10/8/2020 by Ratio/Humphries Poli Architects. Fire Station 25: (2504 S. Raleigh Street Denver, CO 80219) Apparatus Bay floor. The current Apparatus Bay floor is failing and needs to be redesigned or Improved per the design team recommendation. This project is to have the main north bay be the first priority of the scope, with the south bay design as an alternate for construction, per the drawings dated 10/8/2020 by Ratio/Humphries Poli Architects.
