Prequalified Pool Various Trades PLA for work over 25K Provide labor and material to: 1) Remove existing damaged gym floors and replace with new flooring. 2) The west gym is approximately 2,700 sq. ft. and the east gym is approximately 5,700 sq. ft. 3) Remove bleachers before work starts and reassemble after completion. Include potential repair cost if necessary. 4) For each set of gym floors a) Remove all flooring and replace with all new flooring (Current floor is 1st grade maple 2 ¼” x ¾”) b) Remove all subflooring, replace with all new c) Remove all cove and or quarter round and replace all new cove base and or quarter round (should be nailed to new flooring) d) Finish floors sing sealer and multiple coats of high gloss athletic finish. Not to be less than 3 coats of finish e) Paint lines for main basketball court, main volleyball court, and other sports, etc. f) Paint logo in the center of the floor g) Replace transition strips and thresholds h) Replace and repaint quarter round and baseboards as needed. Warranty information, when applicable, shall also be included & submitted. All work to be performed during normal working hours. If bid price is over $25,000 or more, bidder must be signatory to relevant union, per terms of the Various Trades Contract and Project Labor Agreement. If bid price is over $75,000, you MUST include your MBE/WBE subs and relevant forms at time of bid.
