| Description | The proposed improvement consists of removing and replacing the existing 3'x 3.5' concrete box and replacing it with a 5'x4' PC box culvert, PC box culvert end sections, Class D patch and incidentals. Not less than the prevailing rate of wages as found by the County or the Department of Labor, or determined by the Court on review, shall be paid to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing work under this contract. All bids shall be in accordance with the proposal and specifications prepared therefore. The County Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities. Location - Tributary of Prairie Du Long Creek located approximately 1.1 miles east of Bohleysville Road 200 (0.038 miles) Removal and replacement of a drop structure and single box culvert under CH 28 (Waterloo Road), regrading of the tributary and roadway ditches, and pavement patching of Waterloo Road. |
