Q And A Close3/4/2023 4:30:00 AM The City of Topeka is seeking bids for the purchase of two (2) model 333 SD Traffic Signal Controller Cabinets. These cabinets will securely house the traffic signal controller and other vital intersection equipment that manage efficient intersection operations and traffic flow. The awarded vendor will be expected to enter into a contract with the City of Topeka that provides the City with the option to purchase additional cabinets at the bid price for a period ending September 30, 2023. Cabinet Specifications: 1. Model 333 SD Traffic Signal Controller Cabinet. Cabinets must comply with City of Topeka specifications in document DT-111. DT-111 is posted as an attachment to this bid event. 2. 44 Pin Input File 3. SHA-1210 Lightning Arrestor 4. Traffic Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) 5. Aux File - Cabinets must be equipped with Aux File to provide the capability for protected/permissive flashing yellow arrows. Materials or equipment purchased is subject to inspection and approval at the City's destination. The City of Topeka reserves the right to reject and refuse acceptance of items which are not in accordance with any order. Rejected materials or equipment shall be removed by or at the expense of the seller.
