Engine 11 Fire House Renovations Plumbing

Plumbing Work 1. All the Work including administrative and managerial procedures. 2. Demolition of all existing plumbing and fire protection equipment and systems which is associated with and/or determined to be part of the Work of this Contract. 3. Provide both interior below grade Plumbing Work and all below-grade site utilities with their above grade accessories, including but not limited to the following: a. Site domestic water service. b. Site storm drainage service c. Site sanitary sewer service. d. Site combined sewer service. e. Site natural gas service. f. Building sub-drainage and foundation drainage system. g. New site water service for the new fire suppression system. 4. Provide the temporary water service required. 5. Furnish starters and disconnects for electrical components of systems included in the Plumbing Work for installation under the Electrical Contract. 6. Provide and install the fire extinguishing system specified in Division 21, “Fire Protection”. 7. Provide and install all new plumbing fixtures for all toilets, showers, hose bibbs, drinking fountains, bottle fillers, kitchens, janitor sinks, mop sinks, 8. Provide and install new domestic hot water heater, booster pump, domestic 4003GCON MBE is 10%-15% And WBE is 8%-13%.
